General Conditions

1/ Non waivable Excess-NWE/ in case of damage or theft to the rented car amounts to EUR for A,B,C group 256,20 /incl.VAT/, D,E group 597,80 /incl.VAT/. Non waiveable excess may be waved (except for theft) upon the purchase of SCDR (Super Collision Damage Reduction) offered by National: SCDR A,B,C – 9,76 EURO daily, SCDR D,E– 12,20 EURO daily

2/ Client must hold a valid major credit card. Credit card deposits for NWE & fuel are requested at the spot before the commencement of the rental.

3/ Car delivery / collection to any HOTEL within City Limits where National Poland operated – free of charge.

4/ National one – way rentals are available on request at drop off charge between National Poland’s outlets – minimum rental period 3 days.

5/ Car delivery /collection to/ from other cities within Poland –0,62 EUR /incl.VAT/ per 1 kilometre.

6/ After hour fee-21 EUR /incl. VAT/.

7/ Child seat fee-2,80 EUR per 1 day, not more than 28 EUR /incl. VAT/.

8/ Additional driver fee-2,80 EUR per 1 day, not more than 28 EUR/incl. VAT/.

9/ Restrictions: cars many not enter into Former Soviet Union, Albania, Greece, Turkey, Romania, Bulgaria and Succession States of Yugoslavia.

10/ Cross border policy to another countries: limited mileage to 220 km daily and special insurance document must be purchased, so information regarding cross border has to be sent to National Poland together with reservation. Additional cost for km Gr A 0,20 EUR/km, Gr B,C 0,25EUR/km, Gr E 0,30 EUR/km, Gr D,F 0,35EUR/km. Additional cost for „green card insurance” depends on car group and rental period.

11/ Mentioned above rates are confidential and may only be used when featured in Sand Valley Programme.

12/ Booking conditions: car groups A,B,C – free sell, group E,D – on request. Confirmations are made only for car groups, not specified models.

13/ All rate in foreign currency will be exchanged into Polish Zlotych (PLN) according to the average exchange rate of the NBP Bank from the day of rental.
