On June 2nd The Heikki Kovalainen Invitational was played at Sand Valley Golf & Country Club. The winning scores of the tournament were Michal Mierzwa (68) net, Seppo Hujanen (77) gross. A press release was issued throughout the media, and Sand Valley has received wide press coverage.
